The short version: RunMana collects nothing.

No accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no third-party trackers, and no data ever sent to us or sold to anyone. Your plan and your health data stay on your device (and, if you choose, in your own private iCloud). We designed it this way on purpose.

RunMana is a running coach that runs entirely on your device. This policy explains, plainly, what it touches and what it never does.

What RunMana reads

Apple Health — read-only. With your permission, RunMana reads your completed runs (heart rate, pace, distance) so it can see how your fitness is trending and suggest when to re-anchor your Mana Mile. It never writes anything back to Apple Health, and it never reads anything you haven't granted.
What you enter. Your Mana Mile, goal race, and preferences — the things you tell RunMana so it can build your plan.

That's the whole list. RunMana does not use location tracking, contacts, the microphone, or any advertising identifier.

Where your data lives

On your device. Your profile, plan, workouts, and history are stored locally on your iPhone.
In your own iCloud (optional). If you're signed into iCloud, that data syncs to your private iCloud through Apple, so your plan comes back if you reinstall or set up a new device. This is end-to-end between you and Apple — Mana Athletic never sees it.
Delete to erase. Deleting the app removes every trace from your device; the in-app "Erase my data & start over" also clears your iCloud copy.

What we never do

No analytics or telemetry · no third-party SDKs · no advertising or ad networks · no cross-app or cross-site tracking · no selling, renting, or sharing of your data · no data sent to Mana Athletic's servers (there are none in the loop).

On the App Store, RunMana's privacy label is "Data Not Collected" — and we mean it literally.

If you contact us

If you email us for support, or tap "Notify me" to hear when the younger-runner version is ready, your message arrives in our inbox like any email. We use it only to reply to you or to send the one notification you asked for. We don't add you to marketing lists, and we don't share your address.

Younger runners

RunMana asks your age before building a plan. The current app is intended for runners 18 and older; a version designed for younger runners is in the works, with the appropriate protections. RunMana does not knowingly collect data from anyone — including minors — because it doesn't collect data at all.

Other apps and devices

Your Apple Watch, and services like Strava, Garmin, or COROS, may write your workouts into Apple Health. RunMana simply reads from Apple Health (read-only) — it has no direct connection to those services and sends them nothing. How those apps handle your data is governed by their own privacy policies.

Changes to this policy

If we change how RunMana handles data, we'll update this page and its effective date. Because the app collects nothing, we don't expect the substance to change — but if it ever does, you'll see it here first.
